Being into the Transport business earlier they first tried their hands at manufacturing cotton and nylon taadpatri bags in 1956 in their second shop in the city area

In 1958 the four brothers started their business in Sadashiv Peth.

They started manufacturing different types of bags in their new shop at Sadashiv Peth along with their dyeing and printing job.

Later in 1981 their sons, Pradip Pranalal Shah, Girish Jayantilal Shah and Milind Jayantilal Shah joined the family business and helped their ancestors.

In 1991 Girish Shah and Milind Shah, the sons of Jayantilalbhai took the crawling baby by their hands completely and decided to expand the business. They believed only and only quality products attract customers and this made them establish long term relations with all their customers. Value for money is what people strive for, slowly they moved towards the selling of seasonal wear products. -

Girish Shah and Milind Shah received the ‘Punyacha Manacha Mujra: Uttam Dukandar Puraskar’ for being the best shopkeeper in Pune. In 2010 Pune Industries Manufactures Association (PIMA) awarded with ‘Excellent Display award’ -

They received the ‘Utkrushta Dukandar (Best Businessman) Award’ at the hands of Mr. Ajitdada Pawar, deputy chief minister and finance minister of Maharashtra.
