EXchange policy
Exchange can be done from 10:30am to 4.00pm on all 6 days (Monday Closed).
Exchange will be done only within 15 days of the date of purchase.
Exchange will be given in the following conditions only:
- Right tag to the Garment.
- Valid Invoice Copy (bill) of the particular product
- Used garments will not be exchanged under any circumstances.
Refund will not be allowed under any circumstances.
Advance will be valid for 9 days from the date of purchase & will be cancelled after 9 days & it will be refunded to the customers.
Credit note should be used within 9 days from the date of issue.
Only manufacturing defective goods will be considered for exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase. Management’s decision will be finally in this regard.
