RAMESH DYEING RETAIL LLP® Company hereby provides warranty on selected items (on all types of bags and all branded products) for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase against material and manufacturing defects only. After the expiry of the period, customers can still avail our repair facilities by paying for the same, at a very nominal charge
All Ramesh Dyeing products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months or a year from the date of original retail (online or offline) purchase.
On most of the products of RAMESH DYEING you can enjoy a year warranty while some products may offer a 2/3 years warranty as well
The warranty holds good for products that are used within the prescribed norms. Those that are not eligible for warranty are:
Products that have surpassed the warranty period
Damages due to misuse of the product
Incidental damage to the product
Malfunction of digital product due to user settings locks and others
Products that come under the category of natural wear and tear
Warranty on Summer Wear Products
Most clothing apparels have 1-year Manufacturing warranty policy (repairs only)
No warranty/ guarantee on the fabric, zippers, runners and buttons
Nowarranty on induced tears, fading due to detergents, a leaking phenomenon, etc.
Swimming products have 6 months warranty on the quality of the product and on the stitching of the branded products
No warranty on physically induced damage, inappropriate usage or negligence and color fading
No warranty for damages resulting from accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repair, tampering, loss of components/accessories, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme heat and temperature, washing with solvents, acids and exposure to rain/water
No warranty on damages such as zip bursts, cracks, dents and scratches to any of the components, tearing of inner lining or any other fabric, especially Leather
No warranty/ guarantee on the swimming PVC products like swim-tubes, caps and goggles
All swimming PVC products should be dried and covered with some talcum powder so that it does not get tore off while using it the next time
Warranty on Rainy Wear Products
Most of the rainy products have 6months to 1-year manufacturing warranty (repairs and stitching only)
No warranty on damages such as zip bursts, cracks, dents and scratches to any of the components, tearing of inner lining, nylon and Teflon material
Rainy products do not have any guarantee or warranty on the leakages in jackets or umbrellas
No warranty on umbrellas or wear and tear of the product
No warranty on plastic PVC rain suits or ponchos (Barsati)
Rainy sack cover comes with 1 year manufacturing warranty (repairs only)
No warranty on physically induced damage, inappropriate usage or negligence
No warranty for damages resulting from accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repair, tampering, loss of components/accessories, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme heat and temperature, and in washing with solvents, acids
After rainy season wash the product once and let it dry completely, put some talcum powder inside and then keep it in a plastic polythene bag so that the product doesn’t tear when you wish to re-use it for the next season
All seasonal jackets are for normal rain only and not useful in case of heavy rainfall
Warranty on Winter Wear Products
No warranty on damages to any leather Products (Jackets, Gloves, Caps), be it trimming, peeling or cracks
No warranty on the peeling off or bubbles on all the jackets or woolen products.
Pure Woolen Products (Pure-Woolen Sweaters, Woolen Blankets, Woolen Thermals) should be dry cleaned only or machine wash in cold water
Woolen products should compulsorily be dry cleaned or washed in cold water with Godrej Ezee liquid only for maintaining the original softness and color of the product.
No warranty on damages such as zip-chain bursts, scratches to any of the components, tearing of inner lining or any woolen fabric
Mostof the winter products have 6months to 1-year Manufacturing warranty (repairs and stitching only)
Pure woolen sweaters and sweatshirts will definitely get bubbles wherever they are in close contact with the body or scratched while using
Woolen products should not be brushed
No woolen product should be washed in warm or hot water, because the clothes shrin•
All the blankets and woolen products should be washed and kept with Naphthalene Balls (Dambar Goli) in it after the use so that the product does not get damaged when you wish to re-use it for the next season
No woolen product, cotton Jackets and thermals should be kept hanging in the sun due to which the color fades or it gets stretched
Warranty on All Types of Bags and Accessories Products
No guarantee or warranty on powder coating, gold plating, wood finish on locks, frames, or any unknown products on all other metallic surfaces
No warranty on damages such as zippers, runner, dents and scratches, tearing off of the inner lining or any other fabric
Your trolley luggage has a 3-year warranty, which covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials and on chains, stitching and wear and tear of new product
Our warranty does not cover repairs resulting from carrier damage, or repairs beyond the warranty period
Any manufacturing company all over the world provides no warranty or guarantee on trolley and wheels
No warranty on any damage to any leather product - jackets, gloves, caps or artificial foam leather material products on trimming or peeling off of the product
Most of the bags have 6 months to 1-year Manufacturing warranty (repairs only)
No warranty on damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repair, tampering, loss of components or accessories, normal wear and tear, solvents and acids
All electronic or artificial products (Torch, Binoculars, etc) should be checked thoroughly before purchase
Plastic Bottles and Tiffin’s should be checked before purchase later no claims can be done on it, as company doesn’t give any warranty on it
PVC neck pillow and air pillow should be checked with air in it, later it won’t be accepted for claims
All locks and security mechanism fitted on the luggage are only dealing devices and can’t prevent theft of the contents in the luggage
In the interest of product upgradation, we may change our product and may therefore not be able to provide a replacement of your interest
This warranty excludes every condition/warranty liability not expressly set out herein
The defective product must be delivered by the user at his/her own cost to the nearest retail store of the company
Management’s decision on warranty and guarantee will be considered fina•
IF any of the Ramesh Dyeing products are a GIFT, customers should request the original receipt or gift receipt from the purchaser.
Even if the warranty is no longer valid, customers may choose to approach any Ramesh Dyeing retail store in the vicinity. It will then be the responsibility of the service center to provide you with an estimate of any repair and anyreturn shipping costs that may be involved
